What is the Student Advisory Council?

The Student Advisory Council is a select group of K12-powered students from around the country who serve as advisors for their peers and brand ambassadors for K12 and their schools. Through this paid internship opportunity, they provide valuable feedback and insight about their experiences with career readiness education.

I knew I wanted to be a lawyer since I was young. As I got older, I wanted to be an intellectual property attorney, which entails knowing about patents and business-related topics. As a result, when I saw my school offering a pathway in business, I knew it was something I wanted to do. This pathway allows me to save time (studying what I would in college while in high school and earning college credit) and money (because my school pays for the college courses). My career pathway team, my school educators, and my parents provide me with amazing support whenever I need help or have questions.
