Arizona Online School Mission Statement

Every student learns differently. Recognizing that difference and offering tailored support to each student is what makes our school strong, patient, and packed with different perspectives. Arizona Virtual Academy (AZVA) is an online, tuition-free public school designed to empower students in grades K–12 to “learn how they learn”—in the ways that are right for them.  

Our team of Arizona-certified teachers use the K12 online learning platform, tailoring its high-quality curriculum and extensive resources to meet our students’ needs in Arizona. 

AZVA is devoted to making quality public education accessible for all Arizona students—regardless of geographic, financial, or demographic circumstances—and to providing online education alternatives that are as unique as the students we serve.
