Dr. Erica Young-Jackson Named Rising Leader by K12-Drive 

We’re excited to share some amazing news: Dr. Erica Young-Jackson, our Career Readiness Education Administrator at Arizona Virtual Academy, has been recognized as a Rising Leader by K12-Drive for the 2024-2025 school year! 

This honor comes as no surprise to us! Since joining our school in 2018, Dr. Young-Jackson has made a significant impact. She expanded our Career and Technical Education (CTE) offerings from just four to an impressive 15 programs, giving our students more opportunities to explore their passions and prepare for the future. She’s also introduced annual events to connect students with potential employers, established a work-based learning program, and added student certification programs.
